About me
With a decorated career spanning media, manufacturing and human resources, Paul brings a wealth of experience to SCF. Initially employed as the Human Resources Manager, his expertise has seen his portfolio grow where he is now responsible for HR, WHS & Environment, IT, Marketing and Projects.
His passion around systemisation and process has seen a range of improvements introduced to the business, to increase efficiencies, meet or exceed industry standards and improve workplace culture.
He builds strong relationships within and outside of the business, through his knowledge, wit and ability to tell a captivating story.
