Leigh has spent many years in operations through various roles. His laser focus on safety, militaristic level of trust in his team, and his transparent and direct approach have seen significant improvements and standards in the day to day running of SCF depots.

He empowers his teams to succeed and provides the environment for them to grow and manage their sites effectively. In his time at SCF, reported incidents on the job have dropped dramatically, whilst the quality and efficiency of container modifications with small, dedicated teams has increased.
