About me
Mel is our customer service master in the west. Working out of our Perth depot, her diligent, thorough and honest approach has quickly seen her become a favourite with customers.
More than a just a phone operator, she regularly liaises with depot staff on complex customer requirements, tricky requests and progress updates on custom builds.
She also does not hesitate to ensure things go smoothly when it comes to getting containers to customers by working closely with delivery drivers to keep them accountable.
